I got mine, a beautiful heart entwined with stars & smaller hearts to represent my family. Ron came in and made sure that I was comfortable & to ease my nerves. Scott was patient and kept talking to me during the process. It took a few hours but the finished product was/is absolutely beautiful. Little did I know that I would be back for more. Now I have 3 more, all done by the gentle hand of Scott and am in the process of scheduling another. I couldn't ask for a nicer group of people, who always go above expectations to make the experience fun & positive. Every business should mirror Stiehl's beliefs in how to treat their customers.
